The Bridge 5.7

In our middle school ministry, we focus on helping students take the next step in their faith. The Bridge 5.7 is a place for 5th-7th graders to discover how to read and understand God’s Word, grown in lasting friendships, and live out their faith by caring for others.

Our Ministry

Led by a devoted team of staff and volunteers, The Bridge 5.7 is committed to equipping students and their families with the tools to not only read scripture but, most importantly, to engage with it deeply and personally- building a foundation of faith that will last a lifetime. We cherish the opportunity to cultivate authentic, lasting  friendships through times of genuine fellowship, laughter, and shared experiences. Our faith is not just studied- it is lived. Guided by the call of James 1:27, we teach students to care for widows, widowers, and foster children. Showing them how God’s Word shapes both who we are and how we love others.

Sunday Mornings

The Bridge 5.7 meets during our Life Group hour from 9:00-10:30am

— Our middle schoolers are currently walking thought the Book of Acts, discovering what it means to follow Jesus with courage and purpose.

Here’s what you and your child can expect:

Check-In & Welcome

— Your student will head upstairs in Building Three, where one of our trained and screened volunteers will greet them and help register them in our secure database.
— We’ll gather basic information- emergency contact, birthday, and any special instructions such as allergies or unique needs- to ensure their time with us is safe and enjoyable.

Life Group Time

— Students connect with friends, open God’s word together, and participate in meaningful discussion and activities centered around the week’s passage from Acts.

Transition to Service

— At the end of Life Groups, your students will be ready to head to the 10:30am worship service to meet up with the rest of your family.

Midweek Opportunites

Middle schoolers in 5-7th grades meet Wednesday evenings, where, each grade dives into a specific study.

- You can find us In Building Three, Wednesday nights from 6:15-7:30.
-5th graders focus on the first half of Genesis
-6th graders learn about the second half of Genesis
-7th graders work through the book of Ephesians.
